Provide marketing required to lease the property.
Show and lease property.
Provide all lease agreements, per approval of the owner.
Collect payments.
Deliver or deposit monthly payments collected.
Provide monthly recordkeeping
of all management activities for a property.
Recieve calls,report, and monitor any maintenance or
property issue.
